Now that I reread the quotes, I believe the quotes were in regard to the release of the PC and frontline lung. I am beginning to think it was as simple as we can expect the PC and lung to be very far apart in reporting dates.

That seeking alpha article was from Dec 2012, about 6 months old. Things have changed since then.
