Chevdawg...Yes, I called them at about 10:00 this morning. They said it would take about an hour to get QTN visible. Just my luck, we are having severe storms in Houston and our cable has gone out! We also lost our high speed internet connection, so I had to fire up the "ancient one" (our backup computer) on a very slow phone modem connection. So, bottom line is we may have QTN, but until TW gets the cable service restored, we can't see it! In the words of the late, great, Gilda Radner..."it's always something." LOL. I'll post an update when the cable is back.
