well apperantly they where qualified cause they filed it with the SEC...so if they were not qualified they would not have let them end of story...

'Fraid not. The SEC doesn't "let" reporting companies file. The companies merely do it. The filing may, however, be reviewed, in which case it'll be interesting to see what happens.
