Hi Realizer. Ill give you my personal take, I know a lot of people in wddd from .06 to .54 and there are several reasons. The guys real early .06 to .12 have enormous gains and when they see the run end at .548 they sold .50 to down to .45. The other groups who bought .17 to .22 did the same as saw the stock get soft and secured the free shares into Markman. I will also say that the 2 institutions that gave us 2.3m shares are jockeying the stock in my opinion for a SPECIFIC reason. When the stock gets close to the .50 STRIKE WORL GOES ON RAMPAGE to hit it to .45. When its .385 the same institution lifts it to bring it in the RANGe again as it would be counter-productive for it to go below .385 to them. SO IMO PREMARKMAN ITS COLLARED FOR A SPECIFIC REASON. Im pretty sure of the reason and your a smart guy figure it out for yourself.
I also bielieve that if Altucher comes it will be on the cusp of markman and come out in mid july imo. I would think that he certainly is not opposed to it as Hudson bay and iroqoius were at VRNG when he came with his 55 page white report last march 31st 1.62 to april 5th 4.50 350% in 5 days premarkman. I think it was his 1st ip play and Altucher comes post markman WDDD is not losing!!!!
They let Hudson in this deal, now he is doing what he always does....shorting against his restricted shares and warrants....playing both sides of the fence and he doesn't let anyone else make money. Just like he did to Vringo.
