I am not a believer yet on a reverse split.
Two reasons I see to do a R/S:
raise the share price, which makes it more attractive, but is it worth the cost. A press release of two might do the same thing.
Clean up the shell for another pump and dump. I don't think they are at this stage yet, but are getting there. Sales appear to still be happening, but the dollars generated are getting smaller. I think this will be the driving force.
They have plenty of payables to enable new stock issuance (exchange debt for equity) so I guess it could happen any time.
