Reduction of claims by $145B I got when I used filter for claim value bigger than $1B and I am sure that this reduction happend in May. Then I used filter for claim values between $100M and $1B and there is also reduction of claims: Citi - $23.4B, Lehman entities- $11.1B and others. But I am not sure when this happend - maybe already in Aprill. I did not checked claims with value smaller than $100M. So the sum of reduced claims probably more than $180B.
