The PPS since April 2nd, 2013 is pretty stagnant. I am not seeing the uptrend. The PPS since the expiration of the SOE is in a staggering decline.

The PPS since Scott exercised his option is pathetic (no gain in four years). It just goes to show you how inept Scott is. He may need to check his Keevil lineage?
