You seem to be forgetting that Justice Legall on 16th April 2013 also passed judgement that the Princess Petroleum Ltd Production Sharing Agreement and 5 other offshore PSAs were null and void.

So I cannot agree with you that "they do have a legitimate contract made by a government official through Princess".

That judgement is of course the subject of a separate appeal by the Government of Belize to be heard at a later date.

All the GOB needs to do, is do the required EIA, put the then determined concessions up for competitive bid with prescreened bidders that qualify to do the exploration work and the wherewithal to put any find into production.

Fixed... And done fairly and with Belize getting a fair price for the resources that may be found and hopefully without damage to environment or other industry's in Belize.

That's what it's all about.
