NOT TRUE! Funny, but not true. Every time the pps gets close to my bids someone jumps in and buys. IF there was true "DUMPING" of shares the pps would plummet when the shares hit the market. That gap would fill my bids. Stops are being taken out and someone is jumping it just above my bids. HAWK
