R/S will reduce the ownerships shares quantity. If they want to hold the majority ownership then they need to buy again.

That doesn't make sense. A R/S reduces EVERYONE's share quantity equally. Management and everyone else experience the same reduction and the percentage ownership of everyone is unchanged. Investing 101...
