The machines at Bourque Industries have ownership the company, not John Bourque.

So if John Bourque sold the machines on eBay and kept the money, then yes the machines are classified as stolen property when it is reported to law enforcement.

That "innocent" buyer bought the machines on "good faith," but sorry, the machines go back to Bourque Industries.

The only recourse the buyer has is to file charges against private person John Bourque, but Oops, they signed an agreement as a contract worded of a forfeiture to all outcomes as regards to any oppsies.
