I dont think ACTC just happened to pick this patient as a one in a million case whose photoreceptors went dormant..Statiscally speaking the chances of 20/40 vision should still happen one in 22 patients injected or something close to that... These dormant photreceptors?? That is something onto itself that needs to be explained..
