re: "...now that CEO Sean has detected activity at Bourque Industries of the nature that the BoD are NOT working to protect shareholders like us, this being the decision factor for Sean to terminate his employment under duress ?"

Hmmm... You've made two assumptions there, for which I have not yet seen any factual indication to lead me to believe those assumptions to be correct.

1. Where/when exactly did Sean Floyd mention that he "has detected activity at Bourque Industries of the nature that the BoD are NOT working to protect shareholders", as you say?

2. I have likewise not seen any indication that such (were it even true) was "the decision factor for Sean to terminate his employment under duress".

All we shareholders have been told is that Sean voluntarily resigned from the position of "Interim CEO". The term "interim" was there from the beginning of his tenure as such, so he and we knew going in that it would only be temporary. As such, there are multiple possibilities of why he resigned when he did; we can *assume* what we like, but we aren't necessarily correct in our assumptions. Especially given the fact that we have not been officially told why he resigned, nor have we seen any indication that the BoD is NOT working in shareholders' interests. Unless you are privy to some kind of "inside" information that the rest of us are not? If so, please source it.

(gotmilk) A suggested idea... perhaps those of the BOD having military backgrounds putting patriotic thoughts before any of those of greed, simply to see the troops acquire Kryron armor for body and vehicle, might these BOD somehow push aside Schissler and remove Saffer ?

That's a loaded statement if ever I saw one. It suggests that if the BoD don't remove the two aforementioned members that they MUST therefore be greedy? No, that is a non sequitur. It does NOT logically follow that the BoD is "greedy" just because they don't automatically enact your wishes. And as a shareholder, I want the BoD to concentrate on monetizing Kryron so as to earn us all an income/increased pps. Patriotism is great and all, but this is a business, not a charity. In fact, I'm not even seeing what your suggestion is here beyond removing two BoD members, nor how that would necessarily be "patriotic"? Perhaps you could clarify how the one affects the other?
