Now THIS is constructive, Jazz, and actually spot on. There is one lone provider available to them at this time, which they will need to work with to better the company's position ie: negotiate. There is an additional company they could work with to lower this expense but it is a longer shot and longer road to get there.
Second, they must sort through benefit and pension topics now that the sale has been made. Once they formally address both of these issues, the stock will begin to rise. The votes that have been going on 'locally'(as I'm from this area) have not been split. The majority have been in favor of what they(the Company) is proposing on various issues. Meaning those involved in every facet are for the most part 'happy'. That means more than any PR that could be released at this particular time.
This will go, it is just a matter of when.
