As far as leaks, I think those were pretty much stopped many (10?) years ago after one of our former CEO's left. SK seems to run a pretty tight (lipped) ship as far as I can tell.
Last September they may have been near getting a couple of board members on board & a partnership, and someone from the other side may have leaked something, which helped to get us over $5.- at the time.
