With 80 Mil Os this stock has been heavily accumulated as seen in the accum/dist area of the chart. RSI has done another wave and everyone wants to time the bottom of that wave, if this was some farce this stock would be under a penny, the tremendous money flowing and accumulation set up next phase, know what you own, new peeps way behind the learning curve......

TCPS was at $150M market cap in 2007 with a 55M O/S with liquidity, currently market ca right at 1mil.It was trading a million shares a day at $2.50. The main genius is Hickling. It now has a 78M O/S, and IMO, this reorganization will keep it under 100M O/S. The regeneration of interest in the tech mixed with a possible Hickling Apr 2013 patent mixed in...well you know my thoughts.
