I don't know and frankly it doesn't matter. My question was rhetorical. We still don't know who Partner A was and I doubt we will ever know who the members of the "consortium" were.
What would be nice is for MDMN to disclose the end date of the NDA. Couldn't they just come out and say the NDA for Partner A ends on such and such a date and the NDA for Amarant ends on another date? Why not tell the shareholders when the NDAs terminate?
