Don't worry, Maestro, the weight of 268M shares, $400K of sales in Q1 along with a $0.01/share loss, will bring the price down rapidly once the DTC begins releasing shares to the various brokers and the reality of the deal sets in.

Based on COIN's actual value of about $1.5M, and the roughly $30M of cash held by Finjan prior to the reverse merger, the stock price should eventually move to about $0.15 - $0.20, which would be a pre-reverse price of $0.0003 - $0.0004.
