Thanks stervc, in my working life covered all of Malaysia for about 20 years. Their audited fins. are a very good plus for us and they are a very large and profitable company. Getting my shares while the price is low. Thanks again.
Three things missing in your DD: 1, How low will the stock go if STOA keeps using the ATM for cash until IRIS steps in; 2, How much STOA will IRIS own post asset-share swap (50.1 - 99.9) and lastly; 3, will IRIS affect a reverse stock split using their super majority shareholder vote?
My best guess answers: 1. ATM will be used for cash as long as possible. Free money. 2. IRIS will own upwards of 90%. 3. Reverse split of over 100 or 1000 to one.
IRIS will not want to majority own a stock in the sub-penny category. No need to use pump promote machine when a clean RS remedies sickness.
