two things..... first, i membermarked you months ago. second, 10-12 cents is a very conservative valuation (and your supposed to be a pumper !!) imo as long as the a/s isn't increased.

RED FLAG If ceo is trying to communicate like this through social media.What makes him think its gonna be worth 0.1? Its the market which decides the pps of a stock, thus market is not bothered about this merger news..maybe the merger news pps is already discounted within this pps ..just my opinion
