hurley: What does the bold mean? From what I can see, they filed the SEC financial statements, just later than anticipated. Now they are working on getting to the OTCBB. When will it happen? Who knows.... I never believe any completion date estimates I see in PRs, you will find that they are absolute BEST CASE SCENARIOS and rarely met. Every pink/OTCBB company I follow that esitmates dates never seems to meet them. The important thing is they get done. The filings got done, I believe the move to the OTCBB will get done as well.
