There was a time, not that long ago, that anything under .03 was a gift. Some folks got their feathers ruffled and sold when it was around .04, and the selling brought it all the way down to below a penny.
The late filing by the new CEO, did not help. But hopefully, that lesson was learned, and will not be repeated. It allowed folks like myself to question what has always been the anchor through all the changes. Integrity of management. Another Q will be coming up, since the second quarter just ended. Let's see if they have learned to follow the deadlines and report within them, like they use to. You know, restoring trust that they are a something other than just the typical penny stock that misses deadlines, dilutes and disseminates news that later has to be disinvolved.
A triple D with a chaser D is not what this company wants to be, should be, or what investors even have to ponder that it is. They need to get their act together, and act like they are a company that installs trust for a long term investor, starting with the simple step of abiding by the timeline filings that every public company has to, and following through with any prs that originate from the company. In other words, do not become like the typical penny stock. That's what we just experienced, and was the reason we are excited about being at .0195, when, in reality, that low pps is nothing to be excited about.
