I don't believe I stated any opinions as fact. I only stated facts as facts. That is precisely why I called them facts and labeled them as fact (1) fact (2) and fact (3).

These facts were just stock prices. I'm not sure how considered actual stock prices to be my opinion but I'm not going to fight you on it.

I can't convince people to believe facts, it just makes sense that they would.

(1) PPS of VRNG went to $3.30 in early April the first trading day after the MSFT "settlement discussions" fax document was filed through PACER

(2) PPS on 5/30, the day of the actual MSFT/VRNG settlement announcement, hit a high of $3.45 during the day and closed at $3.21

(3) Today the pps of VRNG traded as low as $3.03 and closed at $3.07

So there are the facts one more time. These aren't opinions. These are actual prices that are recorded in the history books.
