I share your same sentiments too. I believe that volume is preceding price here with STOA. Unreal potential with what's transpiring with IRIS. So far so good as I am hoping to see some positive updates to begin coming from the company in the near future.
If not all, then almost every stock within the market has had some kind of dilution at one time or another. I personally see dilution as buying opportunities when they are presented as such here with STOA. I am hopeful that STOA won't prove me to be wrong.
