not talking about COIN I am talking about the asset!! last I looked they did like $3MM annually in sales, and were cashflow positive!! Take away the corporate baggage and the asset would have value to another fertilizer company!!! My point was that this is much cheaper than going public on their own, which takes time and money!! I think when this all settles out this new company might even make some cash off of this deal!! Shareholder of course are wipped out, but then we already knew that was coming!!
