Money, Circ pps is going to come back up, as soon as YAG finish selling their converted shares. I hope they finish before this week is over. That will give the pps a change to go back to 001 or better. The ceo needs to get off of his axle and make real corporation money for cirtran. He needs to make alease enough money to cover debts.
