Yes, steady progress toward an objective that will change the world of medicine. But ... at a pace slower than you would like. And slower than a lot of other people, including me, would like.

However, it occurs to me that doing what NNVC is doing may not be as simple when seen up close as it can appear to be when seen from a great distance.
