Re. Bottom line: Assume de-trebling shields MU, but don't call it a "for-sure."

For MU to comply with the de-trebling shield, they would have to spring the goods on the rest of the cartel. In other words MU would need to provide evidence that the MMs conspired to defeat RDRAM. I don't believe they provided that evidence. Therefore they couldn't receive the shield.

I guess one of the members of the cartel could produce this evidence to reduce their penalty.
