I am not aware that VU existed before. It was my belief that we just created this. So there a bunch of people, in production, willing to climb on board and give it a whirl.

So which is it? Out of cash or converting debt? Can't be both.

Steve knows enough now to get this going and has brought the right people over to continue doing what they were already doing.

You're putting more effort into casting doubt than exploring possibilities here. Steve has strengths and weaknesses, I tend to keep them both in sight.
