My last conversation with Dan uncovered that even if a deal is written, with the company he is dealing with, it cannot be announced until it is completed. Since there is a requirement that one of the municipalities sign off on the deal, everything is pending until that occurs. Dan thought that process would take 120 days.

So at best, it will be a couple more months until we hear some news.
