I agree with Jake that it appears that road blocks are being put up by our own management and BOD.
Wall street senses that something is wrong here. And, they are punishing those of us who believe in the technology and support the science.
Among several other issues, I wonder why Peregrine is not pushing articles, giving interviews, and otherwise tooting our horn every way we can. We have the goods, get the word out. Drive the stock price up, then sell the shelf to finance phase III. Dont' just sit there and watch!
It would be nice to feel that the shareholders, management and the Board are all on the same team.
