My feeling is that the market does not believe we can, or even want to partner. Going forward without a partner is risky and the risk is being priced into the stock.

Even with stellar results and upgrades, no one is convinced. Management needs to come through with the other part of the equation, high quality financing, or a partner.

The market is not convinced, and until it is, we sit and wait.

Almost twenty years of waiting, I can wait a little longer.

I would, however, prefer to be alive to benefit.

They only need to take this down to 1.68 to fill the gap. Might as well get it over with.

Someone must have heard because it hit $1.68.. I added more shares on the dip.
