MJNA does NOT own Dixie Elixirs & Edibles. I wrote about this and shared several examples of how they have confused the public. I somehow missed one of the most blatant distortions of all, which I posted last night. Calling Dixie Elixirs & Edibles a "portfolio company" was a lie.
Hopefully management recognizes it can't keep doing this. It seems to have made an effort to be more honest and transparent in many ways. With that said, the truth hurts. Until they fess up that their projections for 2013 and wishes/desires for 2014 were total fiction, the stock remains under a cloud. What's in that cloud, by the way? Lots of shares to be unleashed on the public to support their growth. It's all in the filings...
