Thanks, RJ. To paraphrase a famous president....success has a thousand fathers and failure is an orphan.

I feel very confident again that we are on the verge of success.

As for those who were threatening, they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They will probably, however, be the same people who will be singing the praises of FASC when success returns.

You need to have a very thick skin to run a public company, but there is no place for threatening phone calls. Disgusting.

I know you don't think highly of my criticism of your pal Brian. Just to be clear....once he adopted the "it is what it is" stance, I ceased all buying of FASC stock as I felt and still feel that was a very unprofessional reply to an investors queries.

Since his mismanagement has resulted in a non complying, illiquid stock, I have no choice but to hold. While not yet swallowing the kool aid, I am hopeful this will not be a total loss.

RJ......thanks for the update on the financials.....most important thing after sales is getting us current with the SEC reports, which re-opens the press release door as well.

RJ - Thanks for your post. There is one thing no one has given thought to--or at least expressed. That is to pray for Brian. It may sound foolish to non believers, but I still have an overall belief in the words of the hymn "He's got the whole world in His hands". Our characters, and who we are as persons, are still being shaped. And prayer seems a good alternative to threats. I find it quite easy to do this for Brian, for without getting into any human failures he may have, persevernce is not one of them. So, I am putting him and this whole thing on my prayer list, and foolish as it may seem, the gist of my prayer is "Thy will be done". Waitedg
