Done for the right reasons, and at the right time - an R/S is a tool that can be used.

At the wrong time - it is still a tool that can be used. Have been on the bad side, and the neutral side of R/Ss before. Haven't seen one that was positive in the short run (yet) - but they are not all bad.

Personally - I don't think that there is a good reason to worry about an uplisting enough at the moment to push for an R/S to do it.

But my opinion and that of the management may differ.
