When reviewing NV SOS changes be sure to verify the CIK (Central Index Key) number. If no CIK# is shown, it is NOT a publicly traded company. An error was made regarding TLVA (temporarily TLVAD) in June and another error was just made on other forums regarding DGLV.

Central Index Key

A statement as to whether the business entity is a publicly traded company. If the business entity is a publicly traded company, the business entity must list its Central Index Key. The Secretary of State shall include on this website the Central Index Key of a business entity provided pursuant to this paragraph and instructions describing the manner in which a member of the public may obtain information concerning the business entity from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Telava Networks, Inc. of NV was mistakenly assumed to be the company underlying the TLVA ticker symbol. Unfortunately the TLVA symbol was for a CA corporation that had once done a reverse acquisition of Telava Networks (NV) and changed its name from Transnational Financial Networks, Inc. (TFN) also to Telava Networks, Inc. The acquisition was later rescinded and Telava of CA changed its name back to TFN, but the paperwork was never filed with FINRA so OTC Markets and brokers kept quoting the CA company under the name of Telava Networks. The NV Telava Networks corporation was later acquired by Unilava (UNLA) and is a subsidiary.

CA-based TFN (still quoted as Telava Networks), just did a reverse merger with a company called Somerset Transition Corporation, redomiciled in OK and did a 1 for 750 reverse split. The ticker will be TLVAD for the first 20 trading days. People holding TLVA stock thinking it was the NV corp. with a 25MM A/S have been wiped out by the R/S.

Note that the NVSOS pages for TWSI, GLXZ, GFOO and IHSI in the previous post all show a CIK#, but the page for Telava Networks, Inc. does not:

See the TLVA.TLVAD forum for details: http://investorshub.advfn.com/Somerset-Transition-Corporation-TLVAD-12376/

A similar error is being made for NV corporation Digilava, Inc. which once traded as DGLV. Digilava, which interestingly is owned by the same principals as Unilava (UNLA) and its subsidiary Telava Networks (NV), went private and no longer has a CIK# and should not be able to be traded: https://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=gUUHXmlNFpbYUV90ym%252byvw%253d%253d&nt7=0

CIK#, share structure or stock history no longer on OTC Markets: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DGLV/company-info

See the Digilava (DGLV) forum for more details: http://investorshub.advfn.com/Digilava-Inc-DGLV-9778/

I find it suspicious that these companies all have the same principals.
