Grants sometimes come with strings attached. I wouldn't be in to big of a hurry to apply for one.

AMBS reportedly DID submit a MANF application. But yes, it goes beyond the financials. A grant almost certainly does constrain a company from use of grant funds for a company's day to day financial needs.

It's more about 'bragging rights' at this point and for this board....see, the MJFF 'believes', endorses.....
