Next TECO will be responsible for JFK and hiding Elvis, company has always come through with filings and will do it again this time. As for the Belize comment, Treaty continues drilling with the blessing of the government, sounds legit to me....

Not commercially viable does not equate to FRAUD! SEC doesn't agree with you because they have not stepped in to investigate.
