Looks to me like it has become a takeover candidate. Management performance sucks. So it needs something. Chart won't help on this play IMO. Also was bought back to a buck twice (delisting saves) and has virtually no shorts, with institutional jumping in.
The herd seems to like it's up side odds, better then down side.
