Typically, dilution behind VNDM. They sold the he11 out of shares @ .25 when many here were screaming BUY BUY BUY....I don't like seeing VFIN BMAK or VNDM. I typically boycott buying any shares when they show up unless the stock is trending upward and the slappn the ask moves them quickly.
