I have been watching IDVC very closely on Level 2 for nearly a month now and this is my conclusion.

I feel strongly that a deliberate attempt is being made over here to take the price down. Market Maker PUMA has been buying just about every single share here sold to the bid! I'm guessing he must be holding close to 20 million shares if not more.

Big question is why? I'm not positive but I have a very strong suspicion that a buyout of IDVC is in the works. Unless someone can show otherwise I think IDVC still owns a 75% interest in Cleanfield Energy a CNG company (compressed natural gas) the 10-Q stated that operations were discontinued due to lack of funds. I'm not sure what that means just speculating over here but perhaps a big company with funds to further develop the CNG project is interested in buying out IDVC ?

For those not aware CNG appears to be a revolution in the works for the transportation industry if and when it happens it will be a billion if not trillion dollar industry....

I may be wrong about the buyout but from watching PUMA accumulate like crazy I know something is in the works!
