10K Deadline is July 15/22, 2013. That is less than 7 weeks away after this week. I would guess that if I had tens and millions of dollars on the books and tens and millions of shares in stock free to trade (as of last month) that it would be my best interest to aid and assist the Issuer to file sooner than the deadline. The CEO himself and initial stakeholders are sitting on a goldmine. If you won the lottery last night would you wait a week or two months to cash in your ticket?
The CEO has been shaping up the company for a multi-dollar share price for a while ago.
Signs: More involvement with UN and less involved with press releases that mean squad without an 8K behind it. Their last 8K was one of the biggest deals they've signed besides the $1.8B contract with African government and signed it a few days before the holding period for stock was up. I saw no news release about it and only an 8K. They aren't into showing off as you see. Just show and prove. Sophisticated investors can appreciate that.
