I think Scott should use the mine as bait. Sell them the whole thing for 20M and use it on ST. We may not have a world class mine but thats ok we dont have world class managment.

We can deal with a second rate gold mine in operation. The PPS may top out at about .15 or so. At least the stock would be going up and not down.
