I really find it hard to believe they are going to gamble on opening up all of the other cases, they know they are on the hook for, if/when this precedent judgement takes place.

All the releases, lets say in WAMU alone, are null & void, when fraud, collusion, and racketeering are proven.

Oh well they had their chance.
