It looks like the March 2009 amount is the first note listed, at $3,184 which would convert to 4 million shares. That would be great because if there is a total of less than 10 million shares to convert at .08 that can be done in a short amount of time following good news. After that DMRJ would likely hold on like the rest of us since the remaining would convert at above $1 (I think).
I was wondering if Glenn has a handle on all this. Those filings are god-awful hard to follow. I'd prefer to not call him, of course. Maybe someone else here can chime in.
