Agreed, a much better way to put the comment would have been we are hoping for a bond solution and if it will ever materialize our goal are 12% then I can assure you there will be no further need of issuance, haven't managed to talk Solomon into promise the same yet so he might put in a veto later, meanwhile good things comes to those ho waits, we think... at least half of the times :-)
Would have been a lot clearer and maybe even closer to the truth who knows?, and I definitely agree that disclosing info to selected parts of the market as official spokesperson of a company are real bad, trying to do it in a way that not even locals easily can translate not to incriminate oneself even worse and to do it at all as a member of the bod is stretching the line hard towards what's legal not to mention what´s just, and that doesn´t exactly helps to build confidence imo :-)
