according to the 10k report they need about 800k to begin production, and now they are able to apply for a low interest loan (due to being accepted into that science park- R and D facility) up to 1.03 milllion us dollars they should have plenty of cash to achieve that goal; i just think an established company with the whole package (manufacturing, distribution, and most importantly contacts with governments officials would really put this over the top in a hurry
