VFIN, can not sell the amount of shares they have over the last month and not be short this stock! They were at it when we had the over 1 billion share day and also the other day when we had another huge day. The T/A has confirmed no new shares have been added so you know they do not have the shares to sell. It is simple and the company can direct the SEC to them easily!!
