The way I see it is they COULD come out and say "Our offer to the CT holders is "say" $1.00 per share". Now we vote on wheather to accept this OFFER or reject it by majority vote. They would be the majority share holder - what vote??????? What better way for them to help themselves to all the loot? If there is any left?
