Really?

AVT, a company that has grown every year since 2001

Earnings fell in 2012 despite higher sales. Has the stock price grown? These are two things that are very important in my view.

grow?

grow in what way?

how do you know?

AVTC has had its two previous auditors resign and has refused to file audited financials.

more than likely all previous financials issued by AVTC will be considered null as it issues a "Do not rely on previous financials" warning from its new auditors.

AVT Growing every year..

Well I'm done because you have no clue about anything when it comes to a Great Company like AVT, a company that has grown every year since 2001

Joe, I really like the area AVT is in. I wanted to invest in. I like the growth prospects of their industry. Up until 2 days ago I was looked for a possibly entry point in the low 1s for a long term gain. I was very disappointed when I checked into the issue of the the Series A shares and the restaurant. The fact that you seem to have ignored what I posted suggests that either you don't want to hear it, don't understand it, or are being paid to pump the stock.

I hope that you are genuine. If you are, take a look. Tell me where I'm wrong. I'd love to buy in. But not if the leaders aren't looking out for their shareholders.

You are doing the exact same thing you blame the other guy of doing. Just posting from one viewpoint. How can you not feel it worthwhile to discuss the fact the company has allowed themselves to go unaudited?
Whether or not their products are real or not is only have the issue here. I originally liked this company BECAUSE it was a reporting company. When they stopped reporting, the red flags came out, and should have for you as well.
